RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS OUR POLICY?

Item(s) purchased from Fairway Golf Group must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) and receive a refund please email info@fairwaygolfgroup.com with the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization which you will need to print out and send back with the items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). Returns must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date to receive a refund to the original method of payment.

If you purchased an item(s) from Fairway Golf Group and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by emailing info@fairwaygolfgroup.com. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please note the item you would like to exchange for and we will confirm its availability. Return the item, within 7 days of receiving a confirmation from us, to the address we will provide in an email. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge.
